While strolling through Findlay Market and observing the delicious ethnic cuisine. A friend of mine said "Do you know what's missing in this town?" "Puerto Rican food" "Your Puerto Rican Cooking!"  Laughingly, I said "oh yeah sure, so what would you call it? Empanada Mama?"  Famous Last Words.

As with most Puerto Ricans, I grew up in a very large, fun loving family. Food, family and fun are always the center of every celebration. We want to help you create those same fond memories for your special event. You bring the family and the fun, we will bring the food. 

 

Cooking for Puerto Rican women is a way to express our love to those who are important to us. We take great pride in our dishes and our customs.
